The Coeur d’Alene Tribal Court is a Court of general jurisdiction. The Court has two full time judges, a Chief Judge and Associate Judge; A prosecutor and assistant, a public defender and assistant, 5 clerks, 2 probation officers, a civil attorney and paralegal assistant.
