The Coeur d’Alene Tribal Police Department has been granted authority to enforce those Laws and Regulations as are set forth by the Coeur d’Alene Tribal Council and the United States of America. The goal of this Police Department is to protect human life and to maintain the peace, also to protect the property and resources of the Tribe and its members; and to serve the Coeur d’Alene Tribe in a reasonable and prudent manner. The officers of this department are expected to carry out these responsibilities diligently and courteously and to take pride in the services they provide.
