Johnson O’Malley

The Johnson-O’Malley Program is authorized by the Johnson-O’Malley Act of 1934 and the implementing regulations are provided in Part 273 of Title 23 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The Coeur d’ Alene Tribe’s Department of Education, Johnson O’Malley Program provides all enrolled students at the local, public school, Plummer/Worley School District , who have completed and returned an official waiver form, an opportunity to receive services.  These services include, but not limited to one-on-one tutoring, career exploration, job skill training, college preparation, dropout prevention, and more.

Eligibility

To be considered an active participant in the Johnson O’Malley Program, the application below must be filled out and returned to the Coeur d’ Alene Tribe’s Department of Education. To print a copy of the application, please click the link below.
