Position: Welder (2 positions available)
Dept Supervisor: Cliff Melton
This position is responsible
for performing a variety of welding functions such as: Welding metal components
together to fabricate or repair products, such as machine parts, plant
equipment, mobile homes, motors and generators, according to layouts,
blueprints or work orders, using brazing and a variety of arc and gas welding
equipment. The person in this position
also performs related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding, repairs
broken or cracked parts, fills holes and increases the size of metal parts,
positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products preparatory
to welding. This person may perform
repairs only and is a designated welder, repair welder and also may be required
to pass employer performance tests to meet certification standards of
government agencies or professional and technical associations.
Essential Functions
Berg Integrated Systems (BIS) reserves the right to

Positions with BIS are subject to a 6-month
orientation period.
